Lots and lots to do on this site. But I'm excitted about the new set up. It will be much more excitting once it starts making money. 'Still need to make time to take care of my day to day operations plus things I've added of late. And of coarse, in a matter of speaking, an eye glued to this project to keep it up to date. Viable would be good as well. I'll try that elusive sleep again. No spell check on notepad. I'll make a trip to Websters Online.
Cool actually spelled elusive correctly. Didn't look right. Possibly lack of sleep. Don't need to pursue making hotsauce professionally at this time. As I currently don't have a Linux setup I would really like a html editor that is as good as Quanta. No link to it here, there is one on HifiJoe.com at the bottom of the page. Anyway sleep. Later.

Don't know what I wanna do. But for now I've found another electronics drop shipper. And I'm working on updating pages to reflect these changes.

Hi I'm Joe Mumme I have tried various jobs since college and frankly there are only two that I really like. One of my least favorites lasted fourteen years. It was sort of in my field -that is electronics and controls. In fact I thought I would retire from there. But stuff happened and I got laid off. Possibly a good thing. Since then I've been trying different things. My all time favorite was not really a job: workers compensation. However that ran out too soon. And I've tried four different driving jobs the first sucked the most. And paid very little. The second job was as a big truck driver. Driving those big rigs is enjoyable however being away from home three weeks at a time doesn't work for me. The next was a locally trucking job and that sucked as much or more than the first driving job. The forth is as a courier and I really like this one. The other thing I really like is internet sales but I haven't really decided what I want to sell. I like hifi stuff; hence the name: JoeHifi. And its present content. But I also like to eat and to cook and I've been thinking about marketing JoeHifi sauces. But apart from developing a good tasting hot sauce and bar-b-que sauce I haven't proceeded. So there I am.
I need to find some company to manufacture them.
Bar-B-Que Sauce
1 tsp oil
1 table spoon chile powder
1 table spoon Cayenne
1 table spoon black pepper
1 clove garlic
1.5 cups catsup
1.5 apple cider
3 table spoons dijon mustatd
3 table spoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup molases
3 table spoons cider vinegar
3/4 cup onion juice including a 1/4 cup of water
simmer for 15 minutes
Haven't tried it. Might be very good.
